Ir Dr Alan Lam is an adjunct professor at CUHK and CityU, supervising PhD research, and teaching AI and IoT technologies, and actively participated in various professional and public services in the innovation and technology industry. In 2004, he founded Sengital Limited and he has led the company to win dozens of technology awards and related patents. He is a member of Innovation and Technology Fund Vetting Committee, approving grants for more than 12 years. Professor Lam is currently the Chairman of the Hong Kong Science Park Startup Alumni Association. He actively serves the industry as an executive member of HKEIA, HKETA, and founding president of several innovation and technology associations. Professor Lam has served on the Board of Directors of ASTRI for six years. He is currently the Chairman of LSCM R&D Centre. He was selected as one of the ten outstanding young person in Hong Kong in 2015 and the Chief Executive’s Commendation for Community Service in 2019. In addition, he started angel investment in 2014, and joined Gravity Capital Partners Co Ltd as a managing partner and CTO in 2021. He hopes to continuously serve innovation and technology industry in HK.

Carrie has gained a solid foundation in investment, business innovation, transformation, and value creation. Ms. Carrie Law has served as a Board Director and CEO of Juwai.com, a leading overseas real estate portal in servicing Global Chinese. Before this, she has held senior positions in many multinational companies and start-ups. In recognition of her outstanding contributions to digital innovation in a wide range of industries, the Hong Kong Interactive Marketing Association has awarded her as the “Digital Marketer”.

Josephine is an experienced Asian-based private equity practitioner with over 30 years’ emerging markets experience. She is currently co-founder and director of Anthem Asia an investment and advisory company focused on developing financially-and-socially-responsible opportunities in Myanmar. She also acts as an investment advisor to the Vietnam Investment Group. Josephine spent 13 years with CLSA Capital Partners where she co-founded CLSA’s pan-Asian private equity platform. From 1995 to 2008, she was managing director and deputy CEO of CLSA Capital Partners, and product head for the pan-Asian Growth and Expansion Capital team.
Josephine is also an independent non-executive director of Petra Foods Limited, a SE Asian consumer chocolate business listed in Singapore. In addition, she is a trustee and chair of the Investment Committee of the Croucher Foundation in Hong Kong, and a director and co-founder of the Village People Project, a Hong Kong-based NGO supporting projects which benefit women and children in rural China.

Kevin is currently Head of Investment Insights, Managing Director of IDEG. IDEG is an asset management group company of one of Asia’s largest Digital Asset native conglomerates, CTH. Additionally, CTH has established verticals across Venture Capital and sizeable global Crypto Infrastructure.
Kevin is an early adopter and investor of Bitcoin since 2016 and is an active advocate for professional standards across the digital asset space. Leveraging his two decades of traditional finance experience, Kevin has served as both CIO and Head of Digital Asset Management of active and passive strategy digital asset focused hedge funds.
Previously, he has held investment professional positions with PIMCO, Fidelity International, BNP Paribas across both London and Hong Kong. He has an established institutional track record in multi-asset allocation including debt capital markets, including Global Bonds, EM Debt and Asia Credit, FX and Venture Capital.
Finally, he has been a mentor to the Cyberport Incubator Fund, a Hong Kong government investment agency, providing start-ups with strategic and technology advisory. Michelle Leung leads the Asia ESG research Team at Bloomberg specializing in climate related ESG strategies, data solutions and analysis for clients worldwide. Before joining the ESG team, she had over 15 years equity, industry and IPO research experience with Bloomberg and few other international and Chinese investment banks, covering various sectors including coal, materials and utilities in Asia. She has been an active speaker at global-scale coal and energy conferences. She was also the ranked analyst for institutional investor and Asiamoney, as well as one of the top three earnings estimators for Starmine. She is also a WiFA ESG committee member. She graduated from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.

Prior to joining CSOP, Ms. Zhan worked at KPMG where she provided consulting services to asset management companies. She was involved in ESG and sustainability consulting projects, including framework building, benchmarking system development and provided ESG sustainability strategies and related tools to help clients achieve their ESG sustainability goals.
With her career began in 2008, Ms. Zhan worked at S&P Dow Jones Index where she was responsible for Index product design, product positioning and driving the commercial success of S&P Asia cover indices. She joined on Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF) index selection tender in 2018 and two S&P Global Environmental Stock indices were selected (invested) by GPIF with USD 10 billion.
